Every call answered. Sounds like your own front desk.

Whether taking table reservations for restaurants, booking patient appointments for dental clinics, or scheduling quotes for cleaning agencies — it sounds and feels like your most reliable front-desk assistant. No robotic pauses, no lost calls.

Mississauga, Ontario — serving North America

Built for the phones that can’t go to voicemail.

For a clinic, a restaurant or a cleaning company, it only takes one or two missed calls a day — a new patient, a table for eight, a quote for a whole office — and the booking goes to the next name on the list.

FIG 0.1Industries

Dental and medical clinics

New patients call after you close.

It takes a new patient's details, answers the questions your front desk answers every day, and books the appointment into the schedule you already use. At eight at night as readily as eight in the morning.

  • Every call picked up
  • Booked, not just noted
  • Clinical questions go to your team

One engine behind every door.

Calls, messages and new prospects come in on one side. Bookings, records and the calls that need a person go out the other. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing waits for Monday.

Booked in your calendar

Appointments, tables and visits, where you already look.

Written into your records

Who called, what they wanted, and what was agreed.

Handed to a person

Anything it shouldn't decide goes to your team, or to people we recruit.

Four machines on one line into your business.

Start with the phone. Add the rest when it has paid for itself; they are built to hand work to each other.

FIG 0.3Workflow sync

It answers your phone

Table reservations, patient appointments, cleaning quotes. It picks up on the first ring, day or night, asks what you would have asked and puts it straight in your calendar.

  • Answers every call, day, night and weekends
  • Books into the calendar you already use

$1,200 to set up, then $699 a month

The AI receptionist

It fills your calendar

We work out which businesses should be buying from you, then we write to them and ring them. You get the ones who want to talk, already in your diary.

  • Our callers on the phones, every working day
  • A person here reads every reply and books the meeting

$3,500 a month, or $2,500 for email only

Done-for-you outbound

It gets you found

Twelve questions, about fifteen minutes, and a proper website on your own address in ten business days. The chat agent is built into it from the first day.

  • Live in ten business days, or the build fee is waived
  • The domain, the code and the accounts are in your name

From $999, paid once

7:42pm. Nobody in the office. Job booked anyway.

Press play. Both voices are synthesised and the call is scripted — we do not publish recordings of real customers. What is real is the agent: the words, the decisions and the booking are what it does on a live line.

21 seconds — and nobody was awake.

Four reasons, and one is a warning.

Thirty days to change your mind

Money back on any setup fee, no questions asked. We carry the risk of going first, because we are the ones asking you to.

One company, not four

The phone, the outbound, the website and the hiring. Buy one and the next is already wired to it.

You would be early, and that is the discount

Five founding clients get the build at half price and their monthly rate held for a year, in exchange for a case study and one reference call. We need the proof more than we need your margin.

Your customers' details stay in Canada

What owners ask before they start.

Will my customers know it is a machine?

If they ask, it tells them — it never pretends to be a person. Most never ask, because it picks up on the first ring and does the thing they rang about. The second something needs you, it hands the call straight over.

I have been sold software before and it never got switched on.

Ten business days from the point we have what we need, or the build fee is waived. Most of those ten days are our work, not yours. If we cannot do it, you will hear that on the first call instead of after you have paid.

Will it work with what I already use?

Almost certainly. It plugs into the calendar and the customer records you are using today, and you keep your existing phone number. If yours is unusual, you will hear that on the call, not in month three.

What does it really cost once it is running?

$1,200 to set up and $699 a month, plus the minutes it spends on the phone. Both numbers are in front of you before you sign and on every invoice after. Nothing is metered in a way you cannot see.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Every call and message is written down and you can read all of it. You approve what it says before it ever says it, and anything it was not taught to handle goes to a person instead of being guessed at.

Are you actually licensed to recruit in Ontario?

Yes — licence REC-0000014012, on the public Ontario government register, so you can look it up before you speak to us. It is a recruiter licence, not a temporary help agency licence, which are two different things — we find you people and they go on your payroll, we do not hire you temps on ours.

Fifteen minutes, and you will know the number.

We will ask how many calls you miss in a week and what an average job is worth to you, then multiply. If the answer is small we will say so, and you will have lost a quarter of an hour. Or ring us on +1 437 837 0556 — a person answers.
