Winwire International Inc is a licensed Ontario recruiter in Mississauga that builds the AI answering small businesses' phones. There is a licence number you can look up on a government register, a product you can press play on, and a short list of work we turn away. That is the whole case, and none of it needs taking on faith.
Hiring people and building software, in the same company.
We started by running teams that did the admin nobody wants: answering customers, chasing paperwork, keeping the books tidy, following up on quotes that had gone quiet. Dull work, and it taught us precisely where a small business leaks money.
Then software got good enough to answer a phone, ask sensible questions and book the job. Not all of it, and not on its own. But enough that selling you a person for work a machine does better would have been taking your money.
So we built the agents and kept the people. The people are the reason we can tell you where the machine stops, because a machine that gets stuck needs somebody there when it does — and somebody has to hire that person. We already did the hiring part, under a licence, which is the bit most AI companies cannot say and most staffing firms cannot build.

Ontario publishes its recruiter licences. Ours is on that register under the name beside this, and it takes about a minute to confirm. This page refuses to publish at all once the licence is close to lapsing, which is the only way we know to keep a sentence like this one true rather than true today.

There is no wall of logos here.
You will not find testimonials, client names, star ratings or a number of businesses served anywhere on this site. We have not published ones we can stand behind, and the alternative — a friendly quote beside a stock photograph — is something anybody can write in an afternoon, which is exactly why it proves nothing.
What we can do is show you the thing working. Press play and hear the agent take a call at quarter to eight in the evening: get the details, work out that the job is urgent, and book it. That proves it can do the work. It does not prove anyone was happy afterwards, and the difference between those two is worth knowing before you choose who to believe.
What we will not do.
Two of these are the law and two of them are ours. All four are cheaper to read now than to discover in month three.
We do not give immigration advice
That work is regulated in Canada and we are not licensed for it. Recruiting a nurse is recruitment; saying anything at all about their work permit is regulated advice, and we hand that to a licensed partner rather than guess at it.
We do not supply temporary staff
Ontario licenses recruiters and temporary help agencies separately. We hold the recruiter licence. If what you need is somebody for Thursday, we are the wrong company and you should hear that from us rather than find out later.
We do not put a number on this site we cannot back up
There are no testimonials here, no client logos, no star ratings and no counts of anything. Not because they would not help — they would — but because we have not earned ones we could publish, and inventing them is how a company gets exactly one sale.
We do not take the job if you do not need it
Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough to tell. If the honest answer is that your current setup is fine, or that a cheaper fix would do, you will hear it on that call instead of after you have paid a setup fee.
