The best job this week might ring while you're mid-clean.
One or two calls a day can be the best work of the week: a whole office on a weekly contract, a move-out clean the day before a closing. They come in while you've got gloves on and a vacuum running.
By the time you ring back, they've booked whoever answered. You never hear about it, because a missed call doesn't leave a note saying what it was worth.
Three calls that come in while you're on a job.
Pick one and watch it go. These are scripted examples we wrote to show how it handles each kind of call; the company and its prices are invented and nobody real is on the line. What it asks, and what it writes down, is how it works on a live number.
FIG 0.1Call capture
AgentGood morning, Brightside Cleaning. How can I help?
CallerWe're looking for a weekly office clean. About three thousand square feet, evenings.
AgentWe do that. For a weekly evening clean at that size, our standard rate is $185 a visit, supplies included. Is there anything unusual, like a kitchen or a lot of glass?
CallerA small kitchen. That price sounds fine.
AgentGreat. We'd start with a quick walk-through to confirm. Would Thursday at 5:30 suit? And what's the address?
CallerThursday works. 88 Queen Street East, unit 400. I'm Ravi Shah.

A one-off clean, or a month of a regular contract

$1,950 a month. It pays for itself at 3 jobs a month.
The receptionist is $699 a month. It pays for itself if it catches 3 jobs a month.
On your numbers, it covers itself. The call is where we check them with you.

A fifteen-minute call
How your phone works today, what you'd want it to ask, and the sum from the calculator above, done with you.
We set it up with your answers
Your greeting, your questions, your hours and prices, and your rule for what goes to a person. You approve what it says before it says anything.
It answers your number
The same number your customers already ring. Live in ten business days, with every call written down for you to read.
What it costs
$699 a month
$1,200 to set up. 1,500 minutes of calls included, then $0.45 a minute.
Founding clients: $600 to set up and $549 a month, held for a year, in return for a case study and one reference call.
What we carry
If the voice agent has not answered every call it was given for 60 days, the monthly fee is refunded. Winwire carries the risk, not the buyer.
Thirty days to change your mind: money back on any setup fee, no questions asked.
What owners ask before they start.
Can it really give prices?
Only the ones you give it, for the jobs you define. Standard jobs get your standard price. Anything outside the list is written up and handed to you, or it books a walk-through instead of guessing.
Does it work with my scheduling app?
It books into the calendar you already use. Scheduling apps vary a lot, so on the first call we check whether it can book into yours directly, and you hear the answer before you pay anything, not after.
I only miss a couple of calls a day. Is it worth it?
Maybe not, and the calculator above is there so you can check with your own numbers. If what it catches is worth less than the monthly fee, it isn't worth doing, and we'll tell you that on the call.
What if a customer wants to talk to me?
It passes them to you, or takes a message with everything you need to call back. It never pretends to be a person, and it tells anyone who asks what it is.
Can it handle field services beyond cleaning?
Anything where the call is about a job, an address and a time: windows, carpets, gutters, pest control, handyman work. You give it your jobs and prices, and it asks the questions you'd ask.
Fifteen minutes to find out what the missed calls are worth.
We'll ask how many calls you miss while you're on a job and what a new job is worth, then do the sum with you. If it's small, we'll say so. Or ring us on +1 437 837 0556 — a person answers.
