AI receptionistDental and medical clinics

New patients call after you close. It answers anyway.

An AI receptionist on your clinic's number. It takes a new patient's details, answers the questions your front desk answers every day, and books the appointment into the schedule you already use. At eight at night as readily as eight in the morning.

The phone rings while your front desk is with a patient.

Your receptionist is checking someone in, taking a payment, or walking through a treatment plan. The phone rings a fourth time and goes to voicemail. A new patient with a toothache does not leave a message. They ring the next clinic on the map.

After you close it gets worse, because the evening is when people finally have a minute to call. Each of those calls is a patient who might have stayed with you for years.

Three calls your front desk takes every week.

Pick one and watch it go. These are scripted examples we wrote to show how it handles each kind of call; the clinic is invented and nobody real is on the line. What it asks, and what it writes down, is how it works on a live number.

AgentGood evening, Lakeview Dental. The front desk has gone home, but I can help you book. What's going on?

CallerHi, I cracked a tooth at dinner and it's really sore. I'm not a patient there yet.

AgentI'm sorry, that sounds painful. I can't give clinical advice, but I can get you in first thing. Can I take your name and a number to reach you?

CallerPriya Nair. It's 647 555 0192.

AgentThanks, Priya. Tomorrow at 8:30 is the first opening, kept for urgent visits. Do you have dental insurance, so the team can check it before you arrive?

CallerYes, through my work plan.

AgentYou're booked for 8:30 tomorrow. I'll text you the address and what to bring. If the pain gets worse tonight, the text has the number the clinic uses after hours.

The everyday questions

Hours, parking, what to bring, billing: answered with what you tell it.

Urgent calls go to a person

You write the rule for what can't wait. It follows it and never guesses.

Every call written down

Read any call in full, whenever you like. Nothing happens off the record.

Details kept in Canada

Stored on Canadian servers. Tell it what it must never ask, and it won't.

How your phone works today, what you'd want it to ask, and the sum from the calculator above, done with you.

  2. We set it up with your answers

Your greeting, your questions, your hours and prices, and your rule for what goes to a person. You approve what it says before it says anything.

  3. It answers your number

The same number your customers already ring. Live in ten business days, with every call written down for you to read.

What it costs

$699 a month

$1,200 to set up. 1,500 minutes of calls included, then $0.45 a minute.

Founding clients: $600 to set up and $549 a month, held for a year, in return for a case study and one reference call.

What we carry

If the voice agent has not answered every call it was given for 60 days, the monthly fee is refunded. Winwire carries the risk, not the buyer.

Thirty days to change your mind: money back on any setup fee, no questions asked.

What owners ask before they start.

Will it give medical or dental advice?

No. It is set up never to, and it says so if asked. What it does is get the person booked, tell them what you want urgent callers told, and pass anything clinical to your team.

Does it work with our practice software?

It books into the schedule your front desk already uses. Practice software varies a lot, so on the first call we check whether it can book into yours directly, and you hear the answer before you pay anything, not after.

What about patient privacy?

It asks only what your front desk would ask to book someone in, and you decide that list. Everything is stored on Canadian servers, every call is written down for you to read, and anything you tell it never to ask, it won't.

Will patients know they are talking to software?

If they ask, it tells them. It never pretends to be a person. Most people just want the appointment, and it picks up on the first ring to give them one.

What happens with an emergency after hours?

You decide the rule. It can give the caller your after-hours number, text your on-call person, or book the first urgent slot. Whatever you choose, it does that every time, instead of whatever a tired voicemail message says.

Fifteen minutes to find out what the evening calls are worth.

We'll ask how many calls you think go unanswered and what a new patient is worth to you, then do the sum with you. If it's small, we'll say so. Or ring us on +1 437 837 0556 — a person answers.
