Who we are
This website is operated by Winwire International Inc, a company in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and a recruiter licensed in Ontario under licence number REC-0000014012.
What this website is
It describes services we offer. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Work is done under a written agreement signed by both of us, and where that agreement differs from anything said here, the agreement governs.
The limits of what we may do
Our Ontario licence permits us to act as a recruiter — finding and presenting candidates for roles on a client’s own payroll. It is not a temporary help agency licence, and we do not assign our own employees to work for clients under one.
What we say about AI
Where we build automated systems for you, they are tools operated under your direction. They will sometimes be wrong. Anything we build for you includes a way to reach a person and a written record of what the system did, and we will tell you before we start where we expect the limits to be. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result from an automated system, and we will not pretend otherwise to win the work.
Accuracy
We try to keep every factual claim on this site checkable, and to date it where it can go out of date — our licence status is shown with the day we last verified it on the public register. If you find something on this site that is wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it.
