You delete this kind of email every morning.

So does the person we are about to write to on your behalf. The few that get answered are short, about the reader's own business, and followed up by somebody who writes back like a human being. That part is a wage rather than software, and it is the whole of why this works.

Your costs do not take a month off.

A quiet March is decided in January, by the conversations nobody had time to start.

The bills arrive anyway

Rent, wages, insurance and the software you forgot you were paying for. Due on the same date whether the phone rang or not.

Good people with nothing to do

You hired for the busy month and you pay through the quiet one. The good ones notice before you do, and they start looking.

The discount you cannot take back

An empty month makes you cut the price to win something. That client now knows your real number, and so does everyone they tell.

Five things happen, and one of them is a person.

No list to build, no sequence to fix at eleven at night, no evenings ringing strangers. Your part is a call in week one, an approval on the copy, and about fifteen minutes a week after that.

  1. 01

We agree who is worth writing to

One call settles the industry, the size, the region and the job title. Everything after it is downstream of getting that right.

  2. 02

    We build the list ourselves

The companies, the named person inside each one, and every address checked before a word goes out. No bought lists.

  3. 03

You read it before a stranger does

Emails and call scripts in your voice, with the objections your buyers actually raise already answered in them. Nothing goes out unapproved.

  4. 04

    We send, and we ring

Sequences go out while our own callers work the same list. Follow-up runs for weeks on a schedule you can see, and stops the day you say stop.

  5. 05

    A person answers every reply

Somebody here reads all of them, including the short and unfriendly ones, and answers the question that was actually asked. They agree a time that suits you and put it in your diary. No auto-responder anywhere in it.

Watch the part where it slows down.

An invented prospect and an invented firm, played at the speed the real thing happens. The pause in the middle is somebody here reading the reply and writing an answer to it, and that pause is what the fee pays for.

    The Kennedy Road site

Dana — saw you took on the Kennedy Road building in March. We clean six sites that size in Peel, all after-hours. Worth fifteen minutes?

Bumping this once, then I'll leave it. If cleaning is already handled, just say so and I'll close the file.

Who are you and what does this cost?

Priya, on your team at Winwire

We're Winwire, writing on behalf of Maple Facility Services. Happy to put a quote together for a site that size — or Tom can walk it with you first. Tuesday 10am or Wednesday 2pm?

Where it is

Meeting in your diary

  • Sequence running
  • Reply received
  • A person is handling it
  • Meeting in your diary

Four messages over eight days, then a person. You saw none of it until there was a time to turn up to.

Three prices. Pick one.

$3,500 a month done for you, $2,500 for the email side alone, or $500 once and you run it yourself. Canadian dollars, no setup fee on the monthly ones, and the lists, the domains and the accounts are yours on all three. Hold the number against a salary, a car and six months of somebody learning your trade. If it does not clear that bar, do not buy it.

Both channels

Cold calling and cold email

$3,500a month

Both channels run together: our callers work the phones while managed email sequences run in parallel. One team, one target list, one report.

  • Everything in the email programme
  • A dedicated caller trained on your offer
  • Calling and email aimed at the same list
  • Scripts, objection handling and rebuttals
  • Appointments booked into your calendar
  • Call recordings and a daily activity log
  • A weekly call and one combined report

The fastest read on whether your offer works, because two channels reach the same person in the week rather than one.

Cold email only

$2,500a month

The email channel on its own, run for you from the list to the booked meeting, with replies handled by a person. No calling.

  • Target lists built and every address checked
  • Separate sending domains in your name, so your main email is never at risk
  • Copywriting and tested sequences
  • Replies handled and meetings arranged
  • A weekly performance report

Best if your buyers live in their inbox, or you already have people making calls in-house.

We build it, you run it

$500one time

We build the outbound system and hand you the keys. No monthly fee.

  • Who to target, and how to say it
  • Where the lists come from and how to build them
  • Sending accounts set up and ready
  • Scripts, sequences and templates
  • Your follow-up wired up
  • A training walkthrough and a written process

No retainer. If you upgrade to done-for-you later, the build fee comes off the first month.

What the extra thousand buys.

A caller working the same list as the email, and call recordings with a daily log. Below that, you handle the replies and the booking yourself; above it, we do both.

Work out what this has to bring in.

Your figures, not ours. Three questions, and the answer is yours whether you buy anything or not.

What is one new client worth?

Everything they bill you in the first year, repeat work included.

How many of your meetings close?

Out of the last ten proper meetings you sat in, how many became paying work. The real count, not the flattering one.

So how many meetings cover the fee?

Divide the monthly fee by what a client is worth, then divide by your close rate. That is your break-even. Everything past it that month is yours.

What gets asked before anyone signs.

Who is this for, and who should skip it?

It works if you sell to other businesses, one new customer is worth four figures or more, you could take on more work tomorrow, and you can get to a meeting within a week of being asked. Skip it if you sell to the public, your average sale is a few hundred dollars, you are already at capacity, or you look identical to four competitors at the same price.

How many meetings will I get?

We will not give you a number, and be wary of anyone who does before they have seen your offer and your price. What we commit to is the work: the list built, the emails sent, the calls made, every reply answered by a person.

What counts as a meeting, exactly?

Somebody at the kind of company we agreed on in week one, who knows what you do, and who has picked a specific time with you. We write that down together before anyone lifts a phone.

How long before anything happens?

Week one goes on deciding who to write to and what to say. Sending and calling start after that, and you see the log from the first day. We will not name the date a stranger replies on, because nobody knows it.

Who actually makes the calls?

Our own callers, trained on your offer, working from the scripts you approved. You get the recordings and a daily log, so you can hear how your offer lands on somebody who owes you nothing.

Does software write the replies?

No. A person here reads every reply and writes the answer. It is the slowest part of this and the part we will not hand over, because the reply is where a stranger decides whether you are worth fifteen minutes.

The last agency burned me.

You own the lists, the domains and the sending accounts on every tier, so if you walk you take the whole thing with you. And if we think your offer will not carry a campaign, you hear it on the first call rather than in month four.

Tell us who your best client is.

Fifteen minutes. You will hear roughly how many companies like that one sit within driving distance of you, and what it would take to get in front of them. If the answer is that it is not worth going after them, that is the answer you get.
