What happens after you press send

It writes down what you told us and stops there. Nothing is sent back to you automatically, you are not added to anything, and there is no run of emails waiting behind this form.

What you typed, and the wording that sat beside the tick box exactly as it appeared to you. Canada's anti-spam law asks what the box said rather than whether it was ticked, so the sentence is kept instead of a yes. The row sits in a database in Canada.

Not a machine, and not a chatbot pretending to be a diary. The reply comes from somebody who has read what you wrote and can answer it.

No slide deck and no discovery workshop, and no invoice for it either. You describe what happens to your calls now; you get back what we would change, what it costs to run once it is running, and how long it takes to switch on. Every price we could quote you is already published on this site, so no number on that call will be new to you.
